Summary:Since the beginning of humanity, many evolutionary factors of man such as adaptation to the environment, the search for resolutions to problems, negotiation among others have led to defining him as a social being. As such, you gain knowledge in dynamic interaction with others. This implies that the life of every being must be spent integrated into a group, where they develop the skills and standards required in daily living. In this way, education emerges as a tool that includes the transmission of rules of behavior, enabling the development of creative and innovative group activities, and establishing itself, probably, as the most effective means available for the integration and adaptation of individuals. In the last decade and mostly after the pandemic period, a discouraging panorama is observed in educational institutions in relation to coexistence processes; the need to implement improvement actions in favor of good living is essential. Furthermore, an educational panorama is observed with a growing socio-affective breakdown in the interrelationship of the different members of the educational community. Therefore, the following question arises: How can coexistence processes be strengthened in educational institutions, from a humanistic and socio-critical approach, making use of creativity and innovation? This is how this proposal seeks to promote, from the initial school stage, values, principles, ethical guidelines, strengthen emotional and interpersonal intelligence, which leads to every child recognizing themselves as being and being able to recognize others through the differences. The fundamental objective of this is to prepare children to assume social roles that allow them to energize human actions based on respect, tolerance, negotiation, dialogue, and inclusion.
