Summary:This research project arises from the study of the migratory phenomenon of the labor exploitation of Venezuelan Boys, Girls and Adolescents who work in the North of Barranquilla, Atlántico, taking as a time limit the period: 2018-2019-2020 -01, it was important to analyze the impact caused by district public policies in favor of safeguarding this group of special constitutional protection, given that it is the obligation of the authorities to comply with the constitutional and conventional precepts; emanating from the constitutionality block, to complete the work and achieve the proposed objectives, it was necessary to carry out the following methodology: apply a socio-critical paradigm, formulate a descriptive and socio-legal type research, with a qualitative approach, the population under study were Venezuelan illegal immigrant children and adolescents and the sample design is stratified, the information collection was carried out through documentary analysis and interviews were proposed.
