| Summary: | The relevance of the child and / or adolescent in Colombia must be a social pillar that generates the need to establish greater tools and effective guarantees for the development and protection of this population. According to the vulnerability of this age group, the multiple effects on the family and inefficiency in the administration of justice. It has meant that food processes are a scenario of judicial congestion. Therefore, the present investigation has as objective to analyze the effectiveness of the concretion of the jurisdictional power of the family commissioners in the alimentary obligations. This project of qualitative approach, socio-juridical and descriptive level, aims to address alternative scenarios to strengthen the administration of justice, through the attribution of greater powers to family commissioners for the proper processing of food processes. |
