Summary: | Unified communications is an alternative that offer great benefits to users of a data network, as well as sharing information can transmit voice conversations between clients on an IP network, this service has many advantages over traditional telephony enabling transmission of video calling and the possibility of a better way to manage the services provided by a telephone. This document is intended to perform an analysis of the benefits of implementing VoIP and IM (Instant Messaging) compared to the current deployment of telephony. The overall project purpose is to provide a comprehensive solution to PYMES by setting the basis for the analysis and design and implementation of unified communications based on Elastix. And provide better managemen of existing technological tools taking as its starting point the field survey and collection of basic information to carry out, responding to the gradual nature of the project, we used the type of exploratory study. It is also of particular interest to the project directors to develop a new vision focused on an efficient and effective at the time of the business activities and that in parallel to provide quality customer service, marked by the competitive advantages offered by technology |
