La sociedad anónima en la legislación comercial colombiana

This investigation is developed in twelve I come to terms, distributed of the following form: brief study of the society in general sense, analysis of the corporation, constitution of the same one, the actions in the above mentioned society, the shareholders, direction and administration of the corporation, its inspection, examination, control and alertness, the balances and dividends, utilities and reservations, the dissolution and liquidation of the Corporation. The study of the Corporation, its evolution, development, strengthening, decline and weakening, it has permanent actuality, due to the predominant role this one forms of managerial organization occupies in the economic aspect of the country. In the course of last two decades, many have been the debates that have been caused concerning the determinant factors of the establishments of the corporation. In the above mentioned debates, the following ones have been indicated like elements propiciantes of this situation: the politics fiscalistas of pos governments creating new taxes, which overwhelm so much the corporations, as to the shareholders of those.
