Description
Summary:The new information technologies, are undoubtedly a great support to teachers during the implementation of innovative methodologies in the teaching process, the Arroyo Negro Educational Center, is endowed with Interactive Teaching Boards, but despite this aspect the students of the third grade of primary school, present flaws in reading comprehension. During the development of the research it was possible to determine the factors by which the implementation of the Interactive Whiteboard has not been effective in strengthening the reading comprehension in the students. In carrying out the observation with an ethnographic approach, it was evident that factors such as the misuse of technology, the educational strategies used, the infrastructure and student motivation are determining aspects that do not allow the use of the Interactive Digital Whiteboard to provide a positive effect on children to strengthen reading comprehension.
