Summary:The schools are seen by the society as the place where the knowledge is transmitted in order to train quality students, from this point it is important to emphasize the development of competences of students from different pedagogical strategies that can be incorporated to the institutional educational project, effectively and continuously. One of these strategies is the incorporation of ICT to the pedagogical model with the purpose of improving the quality indexes of the institution. In this context, the research aim is described how ICTs have been included in the teaching, learning and evaluation processes of the Institution Antonia Santos from San Andres Island. To carry out improvement actions in favor of educational quality. This research is a positivist paradigm, design that is quantitative, in the conceptual theoretical component, the documentary analysis was used, and for the empirical component a survey was carried out. For this research the teachers and the curriculum of the teachers are taken as the object of study, according to the results through the survey and the documentary analysis, it was highlighted that the moment of the ICTs is included in the teaching processes, the learning and the training environments have been improved.
