Summary: | The present research shows an exercise aimed at accomplishing one of the specific objectives of the macro project "Design and validation of a model of energy management of systems of air conditioning of buildings in the tertiary sector of the Colombian Caribbean Region for the improvement of the energy efficiency and sustainability "corresponding to the call 543 of Colciencias who supports the program" Consolidation of the knowledge network in energy efficiency and its impact on the productive sector under international standards "through the joint work of a group of universities. This accomplishment was achieved through the development of this investigative thesis that allowed the design, development and validation of a business model for an intelligent solution in optimization of the energy consumption in VAC equipment in buildings of the tertiary sector, which was validated through the methodology created by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2015) better known as canvas and other tools such as SCAMPER, interviews, work tables, etc. That allowed to support the development of this research. Obtaining as a final result a business model with the respective validations of the nine modules of the "canvas" which allowed to make an analysis of two possible scenarios that present different alternatives to implement this initiative. |
