Description
Summary:The present investigation titled the formative sport: a pedagogical strategy. To strengthen the problems of sustained attention, the importance of training sport in the teaching and learning processes of students throughout their school year is emphasized. In the same way, the sustained attention of a child in his school year is important because, at this stage, they begin to acquire and to set the bases of their knowledge. The objective of this research is to elaborate a pedagogical proposal from the formative sport as a strategy to strengthen the sustained attention of the second grade students of the Citadel Student District Educational Institution. It is understood then, that this is the most viable strategy and with which it is intended to propose various activities that help strengthen sustained attention. This research is based on the theoretical foundations of Howard Gardner (2015), Castejón (2001), Ardila (2016), Arias (2003). Taking into account the thematic axes of this project, the methodological route is guided by a qualitative approach, an interpretive paradigm, a descriptive scope, and a non-experimental design. The techniques used were a questionnaire, which was used to identify the attention problems presented by the students, then a question guide was used to characterize the teachers' strategies. Finally, activities were designed from the training sport to improve the problems of attention of second grade students.
