Summary: | This work is the result of the investigation "ACT ASSESSMENT IN PRACTICE TEACHING TEACHING PRESENCE IN PROGRAM RIGHT AT 2013 CUC ", whose main purpose was to describe the act of teaching in the practice of teaching in the Law program at CUC, to determine some improvement policies in these practices. Recognizing the relationship between the act of teaching with pedagogical practice, defined as the universe of daily experiences that builds the collective undergraduate teachers in the classroom, from more widespread use everyone does their pedagogical knowledge. Therefore, this research is descriptive because it establishes the characteristics of teaching practice in the CUC in its modality and also prioritized the systematic observation technique. Finally, the development of this research allowed the production of a document that will contribute to the reconstruction of pedagogical practice, through the optimization of skills, methodology and assessment strategies in the act of teaching. |
