Caracterización psicocriminológica en condenado por homicidio

The objective of this case design research was to establish the psychocriminogenic characteristics of J.V., a subject convicted for the crime of homicide. Within which we sought to explore characteristics of his mental health, personality, aggressiveness and impulsivity and risk factors that explain his criminal behavior. This research is of a mixed type, with a cross-sectional case study design and a descriptive scope, where evaluation instruments such as in-depth interviews, interviews with collaterals, observation records and documentary information were applied, in addition to the application of the following psychometric tests: Minimental, Goldberg General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28), Hamilton Anxiety Scale, AQ Aggression Questionnaire impulsivity Scale (EI), MCMI-III, MILLON's Multiaxial Clinical Inventory, Modified Coping Strategy Scales. The research was divided into a series of four phases divided as follows: in the first phase, a request for permission was made to INPEC and a documentary review was made; in the second phase, the selection of the instrument for the development of the research; in the third phase, data collection; and in the fourth phase, the construction of the final document
