Summary:The purpose of this study was to identify the organizational climate factors that exist in the administrative area of companies in Barranquilla. Theoretically it was based on Brunet (2004), Dessler and Valera (2011), among others. The methodology was descriptive field, not experimental, crosssectional, applying a survey of 18 questions for data collection in a representative sample of 62, employees. It was observed with greater relevance among all the factors that of the efficient organizational structure.
