Summary:	With this article we intend to give some thoughts to explain the mutation occurred naturally judge the articles of the security forces from the Criminal Courts Military reform motivated from 03 legislative act december 27, 2012, for what we do not deal only of the text, but also those other determinants and rules necessary for carrying out their plots in order to structure the system to balance the checks and balances of the legal war they faced.
