Summary: | Colombia has been characterized as one of the countries in Latin America with the greatest innovations and Legal, Judicial associated with development in social, economic and cultural rights , as well as a broad defense of Constitutional principles and values undertaken mainly by the Citizens Constitutional Court and cemented with the duties of protection and guarantees stemming from the social state of law, as a pillar of the current top card. In this context the present investigation was to evaluate the partial constitutionality of section one of Act 1648 of 12 July 2013 "through which enforcement measures are established for industrial property rights " and so by action of unconstitutionality submitted to the honorable constitutional court is available to determine if the defendant violates the Principles of Human Dignity, and Equality and the Principle of Due Process, enshrined in the Constitution.
