Summary:The human being is social by nature and this dimension generates the confrontation of thoughts, ideas and beliefs between peers, generating conflicts of interest that can lead to inappropriate behavior in class environments. LA HACIENDA SUPERIOR NORMAL SCHOOL, although it is located in a medium-high socio-economic context, it is no stranger in their daily lives to conflicts between students and their violent resolution. This situation is increasing every day, so it is necessary to develop pedagogical strategies that provide students with tools to reduce and resolve discrepancies peacefully. This research will strengthen the coexistence based on the artistic language of music as a mediating strategy to promote appropriate behaviors and awareness in the peaceful resolution of conflicts between students. The type of research that will be used will be with a mixed approach and with the qualitative method, of longitudinal study, with a population of 34 1st grade students of the La Hacienda Superior Normal School. Focus groups, student surveys, participant observation will be used as techniques and instruments. With the use of music as a pedagogical strategy and the support of teachers and teachers of the educational institution will reduce inappropriate behaviors and strengthen healthy living within the institution.
