Summary: | In the development of this research, a qualitative study is being carried out in order to analyze the risk factors that cause child abuse in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of the municipality of Sabanalarga - Atlántico between the years 2017 - 2018. The specific objectives stablished in the investigation are the following: 1-Identify the risk factors that generate child abuse in the Santa Rosa neighborhood in the Municipality of Sabanalarga - Atlántico. 2- Analyze the preventive and sanctioning actions implemented by the authorities responsible for defending and protecting underage victims of abuse. 3-Propose possible solutions to the issue of child abuse in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of the municipality of Sabanalarga in the Department of Atlántico. The methodology use is a socio legal type, the tools used to collect the information are the hermeneutics, the semistrecrured interview and the observation applied in the family and social contexts in which these children live, the sample consisted of members of the family where there have been some of the various forms of child abuse. As a Main result are presented that the determining factor achieved in this child abuse study is the economic position. It is concluded that the development of this study allows the construction of effective information about the factors that generate child abuse and, in this way, propose alternative solutions to this problem. |
