Summary: | The current degree work had as its main objective the analysis of the tensions between medical responsibility and the solidarity of health promoting entities (EPS) in the Colombian territory and for this, a review of the literature related to civil responsibility was carried out. In general, medical liability and solidarity in matters of medical liability and others, using the legal partner as a research court and a qualitative approach, taking into account that this basically refers to an orientation based on evidence that traces in depth each aspect of the investigation. As a result, it was possible to perceive that there are indeed tensions between medical responsibility and the solidarity of the companies that promote health services in Colombia and they occur to the extent that in the country it is possible to assign certain responsibilities to the EPS and IPS when it is verified that an act of “action or omission” has been committed on your part and that would haveaffected the generation of the damage. |
