Selección y utilización de procedimientos efectivos para el diseño de un plan de mantenimiento durante el primer semestre del año 2011 que promueva un sistema de mejoramiento continúo del mantenimiento en la empresa Agrocosta LTDA

Nowadays the mechanic workshop of the enterprise leaks of a maintenance plan for the machines that are operating constantly without enough control and needed care to avoid serious failures. The maintenance plan becomes vital and a needed competitive edge, for this reason through this project will explain the theory and the needed formats to design a maintenance plan that Agrocosta Ltda. could use to improve continuously for its operations and extend lifespan of the machines that the enterprise uses in order to fulfill all the demands of its clients. We started from the empiric knowledge without any failures history available of the machines. Through surveys that we did to each operator in the enterprise and an exhaustive study of bibliographic sources we elaborated the different maintenance formats that helps us design the plan that we illustrated through a flash tool. Through this simple flash tool and the explanation of how it’ll work if it were implemented as software it could help in the training of all the operators in the mechanical workshop of Agrocosta Ltda. To start organizing its plan of action.
