Summary: | The way in which people relate to each other, how they maintain these relationships and the solutions they give to situations in which they are immersed in order to promote a healthy coexistence, is a matter of concern; from the school, learning is transmitted to educate people with human quality, this is how the need arose to develop this research, "Comprehensive Care Route from the Preventive Dimension in School Coexistence in 3 °", with the objective of comparing the way implemented the Educational Institution Superior Normal School of Our Lady of Fatima and the Educational Institution Policarpa Salavarrieta de Sabanagrande, Atlántico, the Comprehensive Care Route, from the preventive dimension, to improve school coexistence in 3rd grade, the strategies of prevention, application of protocols to mitigate conflicts used by teachers and the role of the coexistence committee. This research is developed under a qualitative approach focused on the study of the context through social meanings and symbols, in a non-experimental descriptive study of phenomena, real and natural situations of schools. The techniques used are the focus group and the interview through the questionnaire, developed with the teachers of the Educational Institution Superior Normal School of Our Lady of Fatima and INSTEC Policarpa Salavarrieta, both of the municipality of Sabanagrande from which relevant information was collected to identify the which is the responsibility of conflict prevention to strengthen coexistence |
