Summary: | This reflection, due to legal research partner on System Analysis Adolescent Criminal Responsibility 2010, presents an understanding of the life experience of adolescents with criminal practices, housed at the Center for Re-education THE OASIS and the Rehabilitation Center RE-FOUND. Given the importance of the child in Colombian society and the conflict that consumed daily, it is appropriate to analyze the position they have in front of the penal system and responsibility for teens who have been taking through the evolution of the Juvenile Code , which determined the child as an object of right now amended by Act 1098 of 2006, Childhood and Adolescence Code, which gives children a comprehensive protection and ownership to be active participants of their rights and obligations. Order to conclude that its regulation occurs through a system of special courts for the rehabilitation and resocialization of children in society. |
