Description
Summary:The objective of the article is to analyze the interaction between the dimensions of innovation in the exporting SMEs of the Atlántico Department. A quantitative, explanatory, and non-experimental study was developed. The data are processed through central trend measurements, dispersion, and factorial analysis. Although all dimensions of innovation present a significant and positive factor load, the results show a greater factor load in innovation at the organizational level. Therefore, it is concluded that, if administrative systems, strategic planning, and quality management are aligned, SMEs will have more capacity to identify opportunities to innovate.
