Summary: | The main objective of this study was to establish the psycho-criminogenic characteristics in the K.M case convicted of the crime of homicide, through a case study design investigation with a mixed approach, of transversal temporality and descriptive scope, it was achieved through the collection of information that was obtained through review interviews and application of psychological tests, which K.M. He has adequate functioning of his cognitive dimensions, no suspicion of a possible clinical diagnosis was found, he presents moderate levels of anxiety and a high level of physical aggression, as well as a high level of recidivism, among the risk factors that could trigger these behaviors, family, educational, consumption of psychoactive, psychological, social and economic factors was found. The study concludes that there were stressors and therefore risk factors from the beginning of KM's life, which led him to commit crimes, his motivation was always to have money and therefore his intentions and actions were aimed at doing whatever it took to get it, resulting in his conduct and criminal history. |
