La temática se desarrolló desde un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, para lo cual se operacionalizaron las variables gestión estratégica y competitividad, conformando seis (6) dimensiones. Los resultados revelan que existe una correlación directa y positiva entre las variables analizadas en las compañías objeto del estudio.
