Description
Summary:The current research has as main aim to boost the community management of the three publics schools from Barranquilla District since working together the quality plan. This investigative job was focused on the implementation of research educational action with two stages (participative diagnostic stage and collective work stage); from the focused schools we worked with seven educational participants as representatives of the community ( a directorial staff, a teacher, a student, a teacher’s aide, a tutor or parent, a graduate student, and a community leader who gave us the information needed to the technical datasheets, the documents revision, the semistructural interviews, and the discussions groups. At the beginning, the results showed a little bit of documentation related with the community management, it was evident the weakenesses in the participation and coexistence/cohabitance component and in the risks prevention, and a very strong alignment of communiy member in order to take part of the design of quality plan to boost the community management. In the second stage workshops were developed, one of these workshops gave the advantage to the structuration of the community management in the PEI and the other one boosted the most significative elements of the plan to the collective work according to the needs found.
