Description
Summary:In the article, they analyze the concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship in the transformation of universities into entrepreneurial institutions, understanding university institutions as organizations that, in a macro concept of their management is represented in its most general expression; that is the production and application of knowledge. In this sense, the characteristic features of commercial, academic activities in innovative and entrepreneurial universities are analyzed, and the optimal organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of this model are studied, in order to use even more positive experience in systems of higher education in countries with less innovative-entrepreneurial development.
