Summary: | Information Systems have gained great importance in recent decades, this growth is directly related to the advances of new technologies, which is why in Colombia, information systems use policies are being implemented to improve management processes and communication between different organizations. The aim of this research is to put forward a methodological strategy for the optimization of the communication between teachers and teacher executives with the Ministry of Education of Soledad by receiving their requirements through the Citizen Attention System (Sistema de Atención al Ciudadano, SAC). An empirical-positivist approach methodology will be used and it will be of a propositive type, a quantitative research approach, a paradigm based on the quantitative approach, since it seeks to determine the parameters of a variable through numerical and/or statistical data. The analysis of results takes as references the teachers and teacher executives of the educational institutions of the municipality, as techniques and instruments a virtual survey was conducted, which was applied to 66 people between teachers and teacher executives of the Educational Institutions of the Municipality of Soledad. The results are intended to identify the level of competence of teachers and teacher executives of Soledad in terms of knowledge and management of the Citizen Attention System via the web, in order to establish guidelines that allow an efficient use of this system. |
