Se aborda aquí el tema de la competencia desleal a la luz de las normas que la rigen en Colombia. Se plantea aquí un análisis retrospectivo de la normatividad que la rige y que debe incidir en provecho de los ciudadanos colombianos. Los hallazgos sin ser totalmente negativos, no señalan el acierto del Estado en el manejo de la situación, ya que subsisten algunos monopolios.
