Diseño de un amplificador operacional CMOS de amplio ancho de banda y alta ganancia para aplicaciones de alta velocidad

Summary: | A standard topology CMOS operational amplifier is designed with 0.12 um technolo-gical process, and wideband (97 MHz) and high gain (136 dB) to be used in the ma-nufacturing of embedded active filters. For this goal, it is necessary to make a theo-retical study of the different concepts related to the work of operational amplifiers according to the CMOS technological literature. After that, technical specifications are established for active filter implementation for its subsequent design. Then, the correct performance of the designed circuit is presented through simulations on the NI MULTISIM™ software to verify if the technical specifications regarding wide-band and gain were accomplished. Finally, a comparative table is presented to allow the reader to contrast the results obtained in this paper with the ones showed by an academic design and a commercial operational amplifier |
