Description
Summary:The present investigation aims to propose a plan of action based on communication, leadership and teamwrok as managerial strategies within the framework of the Directorate for the improvement of interpersonal relations in teachers of ENSDB headquarter #3. It is Theoretically based on the theoretical postulates of Guerra (2013), Ramirez (2010), Hernandez and Ramirez (2016) for the Management Strategies category, in those of Cordova (2012) for the sub-category Administrative Process, in those of Hargraaves (2000) and Murillo (2001) for de subcategory of Intelligent Organizations. It was located in the Line of investigation: School Coexistence, the study is assumed from the socio- critical paradigm, the qualitive approach and the type of research is action research. When analyzing the institutional evaluation and observing situations that reflected the difficulty in the interpersonal relationships of the teachers, the need arose to solve this problem. Finally, the change of individualistic attitude that characterized the teachers of the ENSDB was achieved by a co-promotional action that allows a better communication, team work and leadership among them.
