Summary: | This research was based on the study , analysis and understanding of an issue that for years has plagued Colombian society from all strata , compared with multinationals and large and medium enterprises, which are engaged in the marketing or distribution of goods and services due to their characteristics of greatness , popularity and great economic boost , have a dominant position to the final consumer in general because of the marketing of goods or services where these are defective either responsibility primary producer or retailer of the product. Keep in mind that consumer rights are framed in the Law in Colombia and still existing legislation is not entirely suitable for this problem to be solved fully because of the damages that result from all products which are marketed by producers, chain stores, super stores, multinationals, by any form of trade, such as direct sales online, through catalogs or intermediaries. Because of this, we studied the scope and limitations of the end user to assert their rights as such, if you have purchased a defective good or service compared to commercialistic monopoly that dominates the economic realm today |
