Summary: | MANGUS SAS, is an EdTech with more than 3 years of experience and extensive participation in Technological Projects for training in public and private organizations of various sectors of the economy, owner of the Mangus Platform; Its fundamental axis is innovation and emerging technologies, it contributes to the development of new skills in professionals in the digital era. The proposed product innovation project seeks to develop a personalized learning technological solution based on artificial intelligence to be integrated into the Mangus platform for the offer of intelligent courses based on the learning styles and training needs of the user through Learning Analytics (LA) analysis tools and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. that allows generating a personalized course plan with digital resources, evaluative activities and course formats according to the interests, needs and learning styles of those interested in training; it is supported by a virtual Learning Environment and a personalized education model. The project works under a mixed approach through documentary review that allows identifying training profiles, learning styles of the participants and a field study to collect information through co-creation workshops and working groups with personnel from key areas of the beneficiary entities of the project for the design, development, validation and implementation of innovation. The MANGUS platform will leverage artificial intelligence to tailor content based on the knowledge of each user in training rather than providing a one-size-fits-all approach. The project meets the company's 2026 vision of being one of the leaders in the Hispanic-American market of virtual education platforms for the training of professionals. Its mission is to achieve more motivated professionals who want to access learning at all times and its strategic objective is to achieve the transformation of education, therefore, the project contributes to the mission, the scope of the vision and the achievement of its first strategic objective of improving education based on digital transformation. |
