Summary:This research work was carried out in the Superior Normal School of the District of Barranquilla, it was designed with the objective of promoting collaborative learning in 4th grade students, and this led the children to be motivated to participate in the assigned activities , taking into account that collaboration and teamwork are important within the learning process of students, making use of these tools to help and strengthening the collaborative work in them, using educational strategies so that, in this way, in the task pedagogical the classrooms become scenarios that involve students and teachers. In the search to answer the question posed in this research work, taking into account mainly the categories that are carried out in the same way as collaborative learning and the use of theater as a teaching strategy, which allows the teacher to recognize the experiences Teaching in their daily life, so that it can lead to a transversal management in all the areas established by the MEN. One of the needs that is latent in society especially in the field of education is to highlight the skills of students, selections and exalt them, to help good management so that in the future these students are productive, creative, innovative people, positive leaders, increase confidence in them and in others in this way, work together in search of solutions; Which will be easier to achieve and better job opportunities. Through the application of certain techniques focused on the theater, we also intend to respond and arrive at a pedagogical transformation, in this way to improve the quality of teaching. The theater offers many possibilities for communicative skills stories such as speaking, writing and listening.
