This work is part of a degree of qualitative research. Among the techniques used in this research, it follows participante.Investigación qualitative observation: means research that produces descriptive data and analyzes, as words spoken or written, the observable behavior of people, analysis document, etc. This is a more flexible and inductive research, inspired by everyday experience. to thisresearch does not rule the quantifiable. Participant observation: data collection technique in qualitative research. This technique collects data descriptive nature, participating in the daily life of the organization being studied.This project includes the completion of the initial diagnosis in a warehouse sale of Barranquilla from the principles of ISO 9001:2008 and take it as a reference for the implementation of a system of quality management. In its content are included the results achieved through this diagnosis and the respective graphs and tables generated from such research.
