Summary:This research work was carried out to opt for the title of Master in Education, it becomes a critical look that invites reflection on the importance of communication in the different areas of today's society and its main objective is the design of a management proposal that bases effective communication processes between teachers and parents in educational organizations, the ultimate goal is to represent through research a contribution to the strengthening of interpersonal relationships between teachers and parents, favor mediation , dialogue, communicational processes and the organizational climate using technological mediation. In the same way, bibliographic sources (thematic, theoretical and methodological) are integrated. From a logicalrational approach contextualized in a mixed paradigm, an investigative design made up of three components is configured: theoretical-conceptual, field empirical and purposeful. The units of analysis are represented by teachers, parents and directors the techniques used are documentary review and analysis, interviews, and surveys, finally the results obtained allow to show from the Multiple Correspondence Analysis and word cloud that there is no policy clear communication from the directive management, and very low participation by the families in the training spaces and the lack of accompaniment by the managers to the teachers is evident. The conclusions include the importance of recognizing dialogue as a fundamental tool in communication within the organization, the need to restructure the induction program for the development of the necessary skills in the position and the benefit that the Learning Management System platforms represent. to strengthen effective communication, continuous quality improvement and monitoring of the training process.
