Análisis de fundamentos de la modificación de la Ley 50/1990 en materia de cesantías

This monograph deals with an analysis of the motives that arrived at the issuance of Law 50/1990, particularly the subrogation that this was made in the matter of cessation and investigation due to the consonance of said regulation with the socioeconomic scenario of that time, as well as the effects of such promulgation. The method of documentary review was appealed through an essentially hermeneutical exercise, documentary bibliography and critical analysis. Regarding the investigative depth or scope is framed in a descriptive level, due to the thematic and contextual characterization by which it is carried out in accordance with the objectives set. It had to make the statement of the reasons that the validity of this rule is weak where it should be robust - economic rationale of the measures taken - the recreation of the historical context advanced in this, agreed the issuance of the legal body as a measure impetrated by the means with minor effects or sequelae with respect to the working population.
