Summary:The present investigation has like primary sources the related with the surveys to docentes, dicentes and managerial. Like secondary sources the theoretical referents aportados during the seminars of the specialization, like this like the orientations given in the communities of investigation, the queries of texts, documents, magazines and the web grafía. METHODOLOGY. The approach given to this investigation is the one of type etnográfico, since it allows to interpret, describe and explain the educative phenomenons that turn in torno to the problematic abordada. The etnografía allows the utilization of technicians of investigation like the observation and the surveys, which present real evidences of the main actors intervinientes in the quehacer pedagogical. Frame besides inside the paradigm partner-critic in the measure that looks for involucrar to the educative agents with the critical reflection of his praxis, exchanging knowledges and experiences, valuing and taking advantage of to the maximum the existent resources in the Institution, so much human and physical and integrating them to the alternatives of analysis and solution. The universe constituted it twelve (12) docentes (two docentes by each level), forty (40) students and five (5) managerial. The technicians and instruments used were the surveys with open questions and closed. In the analysis and interpretation of results, the mechanism to attain the confiabilidad and the credibility was the triangulation. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTENT. The work aims to design a proposal that allow to implement the Technologies of the Information and Communication, like pedagogical strategy that allow posibilitar processes of learning in the areas of the knowledge in the docentes of the Educative Institution Distrital Calixto Álvarez and is structured of the following way: INTRODUCTION. It is an essay cuyo content is conformado by the antecedents, objective, justification, planteamiento of the problem, theoretical frame, legal and methodological process. Capitulo 1. Fundamentos And states of the art: in this first chapter finds explicitados the fundamentos historical institutional legal and theoretical in that it frames the investigation. In the fundamentos historical analyse like the tics find present in the world from does four decades and have gone evolving until being important factor in the actuality so much in the educacional and in the rest of spaces in which the human being interactúa. The fundamentos institutional give account of the historial of the educative institution, of the horizon, mission, vision and institutional principles that score the derrotero educative and having as lineamiento all the legal disposals emanated from the Ministry of National Education until the Secretaría Distrital of Education. The fundamentos legal are the juridical referents in that it bears the investigation from the Letter Magna until the politics traced by the Ministry, in relation with the technologies. The fundamento theoretical of special relevancia to the pedagogical theories that have considered in the actuality of the world globalizado impulsar in the educandos and Docentes the learning with the TICs and integrate them of timely way in the pedagogical practices. Chapter 2. Methodological process: All process investigativo to be implemented needs of a route that only the planeación felicitous can aportar. Is like this as in this chapter explain of way sucinta the type of investigation chosen (etnográfico) since by the character of the investigation is the one who more adecúa, Supporting in the paradigm critical – partner in the measure in that looks for the resolution of the situation problem analysed. The population and the sample so much of students and Docentes chosen in the institution object of the investigation, like this like the surveys applied serve of fundamental base for categorizar the study realized. Chapter 3. Analysis and interpretation of results: This chapter is one of the most important, since the informations recopiladas conforman the reality in that it finds the Educative institution Distrital Calixto Álvarez regarding the little interaction between the technologies and the Docentes orientadores of the educative practices giving sample of the subutilización of the TICs in the classrooms. Capitulo 4. Proposal: In this chapter develops the proposal that looks for to be implemented to solve the problem proposed, is like this as it presents the justification, The general and specific aims, the fundamentación theoretical of the proposal, the basic components and the description of the plan of action that sintetiza the activity, actions, resources, time of execution, responsible, criteria of evaluation and the attainments expected. Capitulo 5. Analysis and interpretation of results of the proposal: present in this chapter the motivation that plays paper preponderante in the educative actors and that incide of punctual way in the ejecutamiento of plan of action. Detail besides the pedagogical and methodological strategies identified that will serve of bear to transform the praxis educative of the Docentes redundando in the strengthening and cuantificación of the educative quality of the Discentes. Capitulo 6. Conclusions and recommendations: The TICs constitute in a mediación didactic that posibilita the transformation of the pedagogical practices in the classroom, giving him sense to the pedagogical act newspaper inside and out of the classroom, Converting in pedagogical strategies alternate that they allow to create a pedagogical platform where converge through the Internet, the software, the nets of communication and all the technological means, posibilitando the building of the knowledge.
