Summary: | University of the coast (previously, CorporaciónUniversitaria of coast CUC) in the process of gathering requirements that will give it the status of University, this comprehensive university campus. These new facilities have been adequate to be used as classrooms to include student demand, parking lots and areas of traffic both pedestrian and vehicular. In this new process of adequacy in the new facilities acquired by the University, is evident in some areas there are low levels of lighting or is null. All lighting and street lighting projects must incorporate and apply concepts of rational and efficient use of energy, to achieve an efficient lighting without neglecting the Visual demands. This project is the design of a prototype of lighting publishes luminaire type led, powered through a system of generation with photovoltaic panels, in the same way is designs and builds a card of control and regulation for all system using programming language in Basic applied to a microcontroller. This is taking advantage of the resources offered by the University of the coast such as the photovoltaic panel and battery, to others in the laboratory of renewable sources of energy for the installation of photovoltaic generation system. Another effect you are looking for cover with this project is to show a different alternative for energy savings in lighting for the University of the Coast. |
