Summary: | In recent years, society has been affected by the increase in violence in all contexts; The educational field has not been alien to this and that is how today the situations in which aggression, bullying and all kinds of events marked by intimidation are permanent are prevalent in educational institutions. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the possible options to face this problem, in which alternative mechanisms of conflict resolution have been taken into account as an option in which through dialogue the best agreements can be reached as beings humans can materialize. In this way, a socio-legal investigation has been carried out in which, through a holistic method, it has been possible to evaluate the effectiveness of mediation as a method in solving conflicts generated by school violence in official educational institutions of the municipality of Clemencia - Bolívar in the period 2019-2020; taking into account the factors of his generation and the treatment that has been given to him through the coexistence manuals. In which there was the participation of teachers and official teaching directors who provide their service in this territorial entity. With this, the academy seeks to leave a construct in which the legal to the social is articulated, seeking the materialization of the fundamental rights to peace and education. |
