Summary: | The Company Social Responsibility (CSR) is nowadays a very popular topic in the world. It has been adopted in countries like Colombia where gradually is worked by the companies. In Barranquilla city, for example there are some companies associated with the topic; however the statistics show that the percentages of stocks implementation of CSR are very low. That’s why this work had like central topic the CSR applied to the country Equipo de Cocina Creativa, owner of the trademark Mr. Chuzz.The development of guidelines of CRS for the mentioned company was the general objective that supported this project; this objective born due to the absence of a tidy structure for the drive of stocks of CRS executed by the company. For the sake of get the results; it was made an internal diagnostic for the company supported by a field work where they used surveys and interviews applied to the operative, administrative and manager staff. The methodology used for this work was descriptive and projective. The results obtained after the investigation were the creation of an offer to be delivered to the mentioned company, which had a group of guidelines that explains what things can this company make for become a socially responsible organization that has a clear, planned, tidy, measurable and possible to control structure. After of the development of this project is possible to conclude that the CRS is not a topic that only concern to the big companies, but the initiative and the work for get it can be made by any company regardless size; It was also possible to note how the national and international market everyday require more companies that think and work for obtain the CRS and how this characteristic increase the possibility of new market opening. |
