Summary: | The investigation that takes by name Vulneration of the rights of the childhood by omission of international standards that regulates the protection of the indigenous communities. Wayuu community of Aujero indicates that the Wayuu are the most numerous indigenous people of Colombia, 97% of the indigenous inhabitants speak their native Wayuunaiki dialect, 34% speak Castilian; and 66% have not received formal education, the above according to a study carried out by DANE (2005). The present problematic is generalized, in that being the state guarantor of the life of the inhabitants of the territory, regardless of their ethnicity or culture, the rights that are possessed as a citizen are breaking in some of their functions. For the case that occupies us analyze if the state is carrying out the protection of these fundamental rights of children Wayuu becomes object of study of the current investigation. For this reason the question is asked: How are the rights of children violated by the omission of international standards that regulate the protection of indigenous communities in the Wayuu community of Aujero between 2016-2017? The purpose of this research is to determine the violation of children's rights due to the omission of international standards that regulate the protection of the Wayuu de Aujero community between the years 2016-2017. In turn, the research is descriptive, because its approach was done on the consultation, review and bibliographic analysis corresponding to the current situation experienced by the Wayuu population of the Colombian State. According to field research in the Aujero village belonging to the Wayuu ethnic group, gastrointestinal diseases, allergies, reddening and dryness of the skin frequently occur, affecting the INFATILE population to a greater extent and being mainly associated with water quality. It is intended to propose proposals that improve the conditions of the quality of life of these people and in turn, the laws are fulfilled so that the population improves and is of welfare for the community in general. |
