Summary:The objective of the research is to design a didactic mediation proposal, which contributes to the family-school integration, for the development of competencies in times of covid 19, it is based on the possibility of interconnection through devices and mobile devices, using social networks and above all the WhatsApp platform as a fundamental indicator in educational communication. The proposal of the M-Learning didactic Mediation strategy, intends that parents and / or caregivers can access the information that the school provides with greater flexibility; due to the usefulness, approach, familiarity of the devices and social networks. ICTs are linked to educational processes, mitigating the difficulties that families have in accompanying students in the training processes. The research is contextualized in the Manuela Vergara de Curí Educational Institution in the city of Cartagena, Colombia. It works from a Deductive Rationalist approach, which considers the critical rationalist paradigm (quali-quantitative) as a reference, with a deductive method approached at different cognitive levels. It should be noted that the research construction is developed through a theoretical and empirical design approach, the result of which generates a study of different units of analysis both documentary (SIEE, Coexistence Manual) and field (parents and students). Among the results, the importance of the mediation of technology to promote family-school integration stands out. The conclusions allow us to assume that the didactic mediation proposal contributes to the establishment of family-school communication channels, promoting interaction between the actors, in order to improve dialogic relationships, participation and teamwork strategies, through MLearning strategy.
