Summary:With this work of investigation looked for that the student possess a thought reflexivo, criticize and that can apply of autonomous way pedagogical strategies to learn. It is like this as they formulated objective in research to design strategies that from the pedagogical act develop the autoestima and the autorregulación. For such end applied surveys to parents, students and professors of the representative sample, interviews semiestructuradas to informantes key and the direct observation of two kinds The results showed that the pedagogical strategies that are using no posibilitan the development of the autoestima and the autorregulación, by the contrary anulan when being that you find in processes of training. Besides there is an abandonment to the educating by part of the family and the school. Leave sideways when being integral and only work with a part of him. Is like this as it arrived to the conclusion, that is necessary to break old pedagogical paradigms and give opening to one practises that it generate processes of transformation and the knowledge trascienda to all the aerial when being. For such end create a proposal that looks for to attain the achievement of such metas and reorientar practises it to the training of leaders that generate processes of personal and social development
