Then in the Second Chapter there is explained the methodological process that continues the Investigation, as they are: the chosen Paradigm, the cut and type of this investigation. In the Third Chapter there can be observed the interpretation of the results of the surveys and remarks that the Researchers realized, from its qualitative point of view; there appear analyses of the information that they gathered. Further on in the Fourth Chapter there appears the Educational Proposal that the Researchers do to the Program of Administration and Finance of the C.I.A.C, also the Plan of Action that he thinks about how to diminish and if it is possible to eliminate the effects of the significant problems of this Program. In the Fifth Chapter the analysis of the Proposal appears and in Sixth and last Chapter the pedagogic strategies that the Researchers consider to be necessary to continue for the entire success of the Proposal.

A continuación, en el Primer Capítulo se encontrarán los marcos históricos, legales, institucionales y teóricos que apoyan y fundamentan la Investigación, a través de una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica. Luego en el Segundo Capitulo es explicado el proceso metodológico que sigue la Investigación, como son: el Paradigma seleccionado, el corte y tipo de esta investigación. En el Tercer Capítulo se pueden observar la interpretación de los resultados de las encuestas y observaciones que realizaron las Investigadoras, desde su punto de vista cualitativo; se presentan análisis de la información que recolectaron. Más adelante en el Cuarto Capítulo se presenta la Propuesta Educativa que hacen las Investigadoras al Programa de Administración y Finanzas de la C.I.A.C, además el Plan de Acción que busca disminuir y si es posible eliminar los efectos de los problemas significativos de este Programa.
