Summary: | First there is an Introduction where there appear the generalities of this work Investigativo, are informed the reader the behaviors of the students and the causes of creating pedagogic strategies that help to improve these behaviors. Next, in the First Chapter there will be the historical, legal, institutional and theoretical frames that support and base the Investigation, across an exhaustive bibliographical review. Then in the Second Chapter there is explained the methodological process that continues the Investigation, as they are: the chosen Paradigm, the cut and type of this investigation. In the Third Chapter there can be observed the interpretation of the results of the surveys and remarks that the Researchers realized, from its qualitative point of view; there appear analyses of the information that they gathered. Further on in the Fourth Chapter there appears the Educational Proposal that the Researchers do to the Program of Administration and Finance of the C.I.A.C, also the Plan of Action that he thinks about how to diminish and if it is possible to eliminate the effects of the significant problems of this Program. In the Fifth Chapter the analysis of the Proposal appears and in Sixth and last Chapter the pedagogic strategies that the Researchers consider to be necessary to continue for the entire success of the Proposal. |
