Summary: | This research work arises from the need to find a mediating communicative tool that allows the reduction of conflicts between students and empowers them with their reality, their qualities, their knowledge, their love for their families, but above all, to find themselves. with himself through assertive communication, consultation, and dialogue. In the development of this research, it was possible to determine the importance of assertive communication in the classroom.
