Based on the diagnosis and evaluation carried out, a new scheme is proposed to increase the competitiveness of the Dairy Cluster, and strategies are provided to help small milk producers to improve their processes and ways of increasing collaboration and alliances between the dairy processing industries and the collection centers. |

Esta herramienta estuvo basada en 4 factores como la logística, la calidad, la producción y la asociatividad, y fue aplicada a doce empresas.
