Summary:In education there is now the need to work by competences, in the area of Natural Sciences (OECD, 2006), refers to: "The scientific knowledge of an individual and the use of that knowledge to identify problems, acquire new knowledge, explain scientific phenomena, and draw evidence-based conclusions on issues related to science and all aspects of science. This research promotes the development of scientific and technological competences in students that will not only serve them for a specific area, but will allow them to develop competences in all areas of study; It is also necessary to use virtual learning environments such as Google Classroom, Kahoot and Mangus. In addition, by implementing virtual learning environments and developing skills in natural sciences such as: comprehensive use of scientific knowledge, students are motivated and generate knowledge to be able to interpret phenomena and situations. For this research the Competencies in natural sciences, MEN, were taken into account, which are: comprehensive use of scientific knowledge, explanation of phenomena and inquiry. The purpose of the methodology is to establish the processes that the research must fulfill in order to give the solution in a practical way to the objectives of the research; framed in an inductive empiricist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, in a quasi-experimental design, based on a hypothetical deductive and descriptive method. Finally, the results of the research are presented, based on the implementation of virtual learning environments and the development of competences in students.
