description Este estudio tiene por objetivo presentar el análisis de contenido de setenta y tres (73) revistas EAN en el período desde 1986 hasta el 2012. Se utilizó una metodología analítica por medio de la cual se indagó información sobre los autores, su nacionalidad, el año, la extensión de los artículos y especialmente el tipo de estudio de investigación que utilizaron para la realización del mismo. Los resultados de este análisis se utilizaron para demostrar la participación de autores de diferentes partes del mundo en los artículos de las revistas de la Universidad EAN de Bogotá, Colombia y así, indagar cuántos de ellos las escribieron y editaron, realizando una comparación frente a los autores nativos y editores miembros de la Universidad. Se concluyó que los temas administrativos y de humanidades tienen gran relevancia en la revista, así como la participación de escritores de otras nacionalidades involucradas en la creación de algunos artículos. Finalmente, se conoció sobre el beneficio que conlleva la elaboración de un análisis de contenido de las revistas administrativas y empresariales de las universidades, como pioneros en el desarrollo investigativo de este ámbito en la cuidad de Bogotá.

It was used an analytical methodology through which information about the authors was inquired, their nationality, year, length of articles and especially the type of research study applied. The results of this analysis were used to demonstrate the participation of authors from around the world in the journal articles EAN University of Bogota, Colombia and thus, inquire how many of them were written and edited, making a comparison between the natives authors and editors members of the University. It was concluded that the administrative and humanities subjects have great relevance in the journal as well as the participation of writers from other countries involved in the creation of some articles.
