Summary:Coexistence is a concept that refers to sharing spaces, time and experiences with other people, that is, living together with others begins within the home and gradually spreads to other work groups. This research describes the relationship of coexistence between the teacher and the students of the colegio bolivariano sede el esfuerzo, the behaviors that arise due to the lack of implementing strategies that allow them to achieve a friendly relationship. During the school day, there are conflicts, physical aggression, verbal aggression that sometimes lead to disrespect or violence. This allows us to propose research from the point of interpersonal relationships, to know and describe where bad relationships are born, and how strategies can be improved and implemented that strengthen citizen education based on values and human rights and contribute to social transformation from the daily dynamics in the school environment. With the development of the project, the type of relationships between teachers and students was established, and since these influence the school coexistence positively and negatively, the causes that generate conflict between teachers and students and that deteriorate and limit relationships were detected and described. Reflecting these in the school performance of children and in the alteration of behaviors and behaviors and strategies of improvement strengthened in creative dynamics, ludic and with the use of technologies, to stimulate their interest, participation and healthy coexistenc
