description El documento investigativo es un trabajo de investigación presentado para obtener el título en Magister en Administración y Supervisión Educativa por intermedio del convenio Universidad Externado de Colombia, Corporación Universitaria de la Costa. La investigación hace referencia a la eficiencia como ejerce el docente supervisor la evaluación por proceso en los estudiantes de la Institución Educación Básica No.10 del municipio de Baranoa. El proceso investigativo condujo a identificar las causas de la problemática, analizarlas e interpretarlas. Los resultados permitieron la elaboración de una propuesta que le brindará a la institución herramientas teóricas y legal para el desarrollo de una evaluación por proceso centrada en el desarrollo humano y apoyada en la supervisión que busca transformar la realidad y mejorar el proceso evaluativo de los aprendizajes en los estudiantes.

Los resultados permitieron la elaboración de una propuesta que le brindará a la institución herramientas teóricas y legal para el desarrollo de una evaluación por proceso centrada en el desarrollo humano y apoyada en la supervisión que busca transformar la realidad y mejorar el proceso evaluativo de los aprendizajes en los estudiantes.The investigative document is a research work presented to obtain a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision through the agreement Universidad Externado de Colombia, Corporación Universitaria de la Costa. The research refers to the efficiency as the supervising teacher exercises the evaluation by process in the students of the Basic Education Institution No.10 of the municipality of Baranoa. The investigative process led to identify the causes of the problem, analyze them and interpret them.
